Yoga programme commences Monday 9th and concludes Friday 13th.

TIMETABLE

7:00am - 8:30am 
Morning Practice of asana, pranayama, dhyanam

Breakfast

9:30am - 11:00am 
Learning a different health giving chant each day and discussion of the words of the mantra, introduction to Vedic chanting, simple warm up chants and exploration of the concept of the chant.

Free Time

4:00pm - 6:00pm
Afternoon practice applying the mantra to the techniques of the morning practice and reflection.

COSTS + INFORMATION
There are 2 x Twin share ravine rooms $1850.00pp and 2 x triple share rooms for $1800.00pp 
The villa accommodates 10 people. 

Bookings will be taken when you register your intent to attend the retreat with Leanne Davis and secure a place with a $100 non refundable deposit .

Full remaining amount will be due the week of July 1-7, 2019.

The cost includes share accommodation, breakfast and Yoga programme.

NOT included transfers, air fares, spa treatments, cultural events and other meals.

Meals

A welcome dinner will be provided at the villa included in the cost for Sunday night .

Breakfast included each day.

Other meals can be enjoyed in any of the 800 eateries in Ubud. 

Transport 

The villa will assist us with pickups and drop offs to the airport and outings. I will help organise all of these details and we will pay the local staff during our stay.

Spa Treatments

You will notice the Villa has a spa for massages and beauty treatments.

ASIAN YOGA THERAPY CONFERENCE

You may be interested that this retreat follows the AYTC in Sanur 7/8 September. Leanne is presenting at the conference and will travel to Ubud on the Sunday night after the closing ceremony of the conference. Yoga professionals may consider combining the retreat with this event and you are welcome to travel up to Ubud with Leanne.
